Would you Invest Four Days for a Better Business?
Acetta's one-week Rapid Process Diagnostic (RPD) will put you on the fast track to organizational clarity. Our proven, incisive process inventory exercise opens the way to more effective teams, wiser technology investments (BPM, CRM, ERP), and improved corporate performance.
How the Acetta RPD Works:
- We work with your team to clarify the working behind the most important things that go on in your organization - key processes that flow horizontally from one department to another.
- We do an initial audit of the most critical key business processes - the ones that, when executed badly, can seriously impede achievement of business objectives.
- In a customized report, we provide an improvement plan that addresses performance gaps.
The Acetta Rapid Process Diagnostic Delivers:
- Process Landscape: During two half-day facilitated sessions, we'll work with your team to develop a process landscape that depicts key top-level business processes. Qualitative views on general process health and performance will be documented. The resulting process landscape can be thought of as a "heat map" that illustrates improvement boundaries, general process scope and areas of critical importance.
- Corporate Glossary: We develop concise, universally understood definitions for common business terms in use in your organization such as "customer" or "product". Different functional teams often use the same common terms to denote different things, and ambiguity hurts organizational effectiveness.
- Findings Report: Presents a "case for action" for each key business process believed to warrant work and change. The case for action includes the following elements: business context changes, external problems, internal problems, initial diagnostics, and consequences of inaction.
- Improvement Roadmap: Describes the key steps we recommend you take to seize the improvement opportunities articulated in the findings report.
- Make it FREE: Like what you see? Continue with Acetta and we'll discount the cost of the Rapid Process Diagnostic from the improvement project.
