Primary requirements for process improvements are developed, and executives and cross-functional teams work together on solution suggestions. The best possible achievable solution results.
5. Implementing Change
Acetta helps execute the best possible technology solution or workflow modification, coordinating with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and/or IT interests.
