Project Assessment

Founded on a body of custom preliminary research and other Acetta groundwork, the initial project assessment step is a structured discussion with representatives of a client organization. But it is an open exchange that leverages the influence and views of the organization's senior stakeholders.

The agenda frames the perceived problem - the issue that brought Acetta to the table - and organizational objectives. Working from the preliminary research and the group's view of common problems, core areas of concern are identified.

Key working terms and concepts are defined. Turning Point mitigates such cultural obstacles to clarity - "static" - at this early stage of the project.

Results: shared agreement on the key issues, areas of focus, and strategic objectives. And a clear action path.

Step 2: Achieving Clarity
